Virtual Classroom: Introduction to Property Management

In this program we'll review the different types of rentals, landlord & tenant roles, dispute resolution and more.  The program will cover property management basics including the management & lease agreement, how to find new owner-clients, screen tenants, the tenant life cycle, and legal and fair housing issues.  Appropriate for those new to property management or desiring a better understanding.

Brent combines his love of the business of real estate with his passion for education.  He believes in delivering tools agents can use immediately to improve the quality and efficiency of their business.  He is broker/owner of his own real estate company, Brent Lancaster and Associates, and also President/CEO of one of the nation’s oldest real estate schools – Bob Brooks School of Real Estate.
