Distinguished Service Award: Honors long-standing members who have demonstrated an uncompromising commitment to the goals and purposes of the REALTOR Association at the local, state and national levels.

Political Coordinator Service Award: Recognizes an Ohio REALTOR who has helped strengthen the profession’s voice with lawmakers. Political Coordinators are key components of our Association’s advocacy efforts and help us create a sound and dynamic real estate marketplace and build strong, vibrant communities.

Young Professionals Network of the Year Award: Is presented to a local board that is doing the best job involving, recruiting and representing young professionals in the real estate industry and living up to the goals and YPN mission established by NAR.

Phil Barnes was a leading advocate of the organization’s REALTORS Political Action Committee, and this award is presented annually to a REALTOR whose commitment to RPAC and political involvement is exemplary.

Vincent T. Aveni Lifetime Achievement Award: Is bestowed upon a Past President who has demonstrated a continued commitment to exemplary service to Ohio’s REALTORS.

Mary L. Pollock Lifetime Achievement Award: Is presented to a deserving Ohio REALTOR who has gone above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of the profession – someone who performs the hard, necessary work to move the organization forward without seeking the accolade or spotlight.

Good Neighbor Award: Recognizes REALTORS who make an extraordinary impact on their communities through volunteer work. Ohio winners receive a $1,000 grant for their cause. National winners (The Ohio winner must enter into the NAR competition) receive $10,000 grants for their cause and national publicity.
