That’s unethical! A proclamation that is made frequently when business is done differently than expected or previously experienced. Different can be unethical, it can also just be different. Come learn what is or isn't ethical by attending this 3-hour Ethics course presented by Karen Schlosser, Producer of Tech Tool, Author of Dear Karen.

This course satisfies both the Ohio Canon of Ethics and NAR's Code of Ethics requirements. NAR's 3-Year Code of Ethics deadline is Dec. 31, 2024.

Instructed by: Karen Schlosser, Principal Broker | Vice President, Comey & Shepherd, Cincinnati, OH
Since entering the work force in 1977, Karen’s career has been almost exclusively in the real estate industry. She enjoyed 21 years in real estate trade association management, both in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and since 1999 has served in real estate office/company management, and in training and development of real estate agents.
