She has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, focusing on helping brokerages strategically position their companies for sustained growth. Her passion for helping people is demonstrated in her business and personal life. Laurie advocates for people with disabilities and participates in Special Olympics while continuing to provide companies with information and training on how to optimize growth within.
With Spark & Logic, Laurie has developed numerous learning sprints – concise and motivational videos. These resources are meticulously designed to steer sales agents towards a business-centric approach, thereby boosting production. Laurie designs high-quality programs tailored for owners and their leadership teams, with a focus on strengthening and enhancing core operational functions. - Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access.
