Join us as former Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing Anne Petit presents this highly interactive look at the Canon and Code of Ethics, discussion on what your REALTOR® peers believe are ethical issues in the marketplace today along with a deeper dive into recent Ohio Real Estate Commission cases involving ethical violations.  Finally, let’s think about what we, as licensees, can learn from the ethical code of the American Cowboy.

This course satisfies both the Ohio Canon of Ethics and NAR's Code of Ethics requirements.
