Coaching Corner: Is the Leadership Academy waiting for you?

As you are aware, Ohio REALTORS is entering their fourth year of the Leadership Academy. The graduates of the three prior years have found countless benefits from their participation in this year long, five module program.
This program is about YOU! It covers a myriad of topics designed to bring you the information most important to your growth, both within your business world and your personal life. I believe that we are already leaders by virtue of our profession as REALTORS. We assist buyers and sellers in possibly one of the largest decisions of their lives. We IMPACT, and because we impact, we need to be operating from the most professional position possible.
You may have aspirations to be more involved with your associations in a leadership capacity -- great! Many of our graduates have felt similarly, and have gone on to positions within their local, state and national associations. Or, you may not be inclined to go in this direction. The Leadership Academy provides valuable information that will assist you in whatever you do -- many of our graduates have found the Academy to be a stepping stone to participate within their communities.
I read an article just yesterday, talking about how to have more energy in your life and one of the top suggestions was “to continue to be a student.” Never underestimate the power of learning -- especially when your learning enhances YOU!
