Pete Kopf receives Ohio REALTORS 2020 "Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award."

The announcement of Kopf's selection was made at the Ohio REALTORS 110th Annual Convention & EXPO, held virtually, September 21-25.

The "Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award" was created in 2001 in memory of Past President Phillip R. Barnes, who was a leading advocate of the organization's REALTORS Political Action Committee. The Award is presented annually to a REALTOR whose commitment to RPAC and political involvement is exemplary.
Kopf plays a major role in supporting the industry, serving as NAR’s 2020 REALTOR Party Director. He was a member of the inaugural class of the Ohio RPAC Hall of Honor and was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2019.
Kopf is a third-generation REALTOR and is the owner and Principal Broker of Kopf Hunter Haas REALTORS in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pete served as the 2011 President of the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS and was the 2017 President of Ohio REALTORS. Currently, Pete serves as the 2019 NAR Member Services Liaison.
On the national level, Kopf has served as director in 2010-11 and 2015-2019. He has served on numerous committees such as Business Issues Committee, Meetings & Conference Committee, RPAC Participation Chair, RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee, RPAC Participation Council Past Chair, and Code of Ethics President’s Advisory Group (PAG).

Civically, Kopf is very involved in his community. He created the Cincinnati Golfers for Charity which raises money for local Greater Cincinnati Children’s charities. Kopf also has active roles with the Arthritis Foundation, Make-A-Wish, and REALTORS with Heart.
