3:15 pm – 4:15 pm         Brokerage Success Strategies to Raise the Stature and Profitability of Buyer’s Agency | Marilyn Wilson, WAV Group Founding Partner

Buyer’s Agents work hard, but historically have not gotten as much credit for their work as they deserve.  Consumers are not clear how much work buyer’s agents do behind the scenes and have no idea how many ways they keep transactions on track.  This session is designed to help brokers learn how to raise the stature of buyer’s agents and help buyer’s agents take their businesses to the next level.

Marilyn Wilson, leading consumer researcher in real estate and strategic consultant for large brokerages, will provide instruction on successful strategies to increase the productivity and longevity of your buyer’s agents.  The session will provide you with a prescription for incorporating best practices for effective buyer’s agency presentations, proven methods to deploy technology, coaching, and effective communications to take full advantage of the new approaches to buyer’s agency.  Importantly the session will talk about the best ways to teach your agents how to take credit for their great work and not be afraid to ask their clients to sign a buyer’s agency agreement.

  • I’ve attended every summit since they started and this one was the best so far, the speakers were all excellent, time spans were perfect to keep engagement, break times were great. Best overall experience for this event thus far! Great job with the planning!
  • It was a gut check but a good one that started with the bad and then the way it can be worked around.
  • I have attended many of these meetings and this one was my favorite. It was diverse, fast paced, and timely with all of today's issues. Well Done.
  • It was a great event, held in a beautiful location, with really interesting speakers who delivered no holds barred perspectives on the current state of the industry. I loved it.
