The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification course teaches you about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.

Learn how to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member’s military career—that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. Hone in your knowledge and skills for working with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans with the NAR’s Military Relocation Professional Certification.

REALTORS® who earn the MRP certification learn how to serve the needs of those who serve our country.

CE LOGISTICS: (please read)

• This virtual course is certified for 6 hours of real estate credit, elective for the ABR designation.
• Attendees must share their video and be in full view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored.
• You must attend the entire day of the livestream to fulfill the requirement for the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. There will be no partial credit given. 
• Per ODRE requirements, attendees must be present 90% of the program to receive CE credit.

INSTRUCTED BY: Paul Wyman
Paul is the Principal Broker of the Wyman Group and is a United States Air Force Veteran. He received an associate degree in business from Indiana University. Paul has received numerous certificates in sales and marketing. He is very active in the local, state and national REALTORS associations.

Paul is a past President for the Indiana Association of REALTORS, as well as the 2013 REALTOR OF THE YEAR. He takes a strong interest in the community by accepting numerous leadership roles on a wide array of non-profit boards and charities and was awarded NAR's Good Neighbor Award in 2019. He is consistently one of Kokomo’s top producing Real Estate Professionals.

HOW TO GET CERTIFIED:
Be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
Complete the one-day Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Core Course.  
Submit an application, including payment of the $195 application fee. (no yearly dues required)
