If you're a REALTOR®, you already know that the most important part of selling a home is the story. You need to make it sound like the perfect place for someone to live out their dreams. You need to sell them on what they could be: a homeowner, a family-builder, a success story.  And that's exactly what this course is all about — helping you tell stories that will sell your clients' homes.

You'll learn how to craft that story and create a compelling marketing campaign that cuts through the noise. By the end of this course, you'll be able to leverage contemporary marketing techniques and connect with more potential buyers than ever.

Learning Objectives Include:

  • Understand and identify the predominate marketing concepts that govern successful contemporary marketing programs.
  • Using quantifiable statistics and best practices, you will be able to identify the probable buyer for a property and best means by which to communicate value to that consumer persona.
  • Discovering new ways of utilizing time-honored marketing tactics, with new and emerging technologies you will be able to create an innovative marketing plan that is unique to your market and listing type.
  • Understand and design an online and offline series of marketing assets that will target qualified buyers and create a high level of consumer engagement.
  • Explore marketing practices that create a positive result in the marketing efforts of the agent with focuses on success driven activities.

CE Information & Required Technology:

  • This livestream webinar is certified for 6.5 hours of real estate credit, elective for the SRS designation.
  • Attendees will need to access the program with a device (phone, laptop, PC) that has a camera, speaker, microphone, and reliable, high-speed internet access. Video, audio, and internet access are all necessary to successfully attend class. Please make sure to test everything ahead of time at https://zoom.us/test
  • Attendees must turn on their video camera and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for at least 90% of the program to receive credit.
