What most consumers want and crave is insider information.  When they ask “how’s the market?” we tend to say “great” – what if you had a specific tidbit about the high-end market or where they live - start the dialogue with information that is meaningful to them.

When gathering data becomes a routine, you will find where the opportunities exist in your market, it positions you as an expert and the time you invest interpreting it for your clients distinguishes you from the competition.  The power of statistics can give you an edge.

In this program you’ll learn how to:

  • Gather and analyze trends.
  • Speak to the data.
  • Know the tools you have available to you.
  • Sell with the power of statistics.
