This course delivers a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers.

-Increase listings and grow your business
-Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients
-Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
-Understand and comply with state license laws
-Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need
-Understand that the representation skills required to represent sellers encompass a comprehensive understanding of the legal duties and license law responsibilities.

• This livestream webinar is certified for 12 hours of real estate, elective for the ABR designation.
• Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Per ODRE requirements, attendees must be present 90% of the program.
• You must attend both days of the livestream to receive CE credit and fulfil the requirement for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. There will be no partial credit given.

Marion Napoleon is the Broker/Owner of Unlimited Realty Solutions in Grand Prairie, Texas.  She has enjoyed a successful career as a licensed REALTOR® since 2001. For over 30 years, Marion has devoted her life to changing the lives of others, as a Real Estate Instructor, Certified Life Coach, Author, and Corporate Motivational Speaker.

Marion is an active member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, Texas Real Estate Commission’s Education Standards Advisory Committee, National Association of Professional Women, and National Minority Supplier Development Council.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Programming.

View the requirements/application to earn the SRS designation
Complete the SRS course (there is no exam required)
Complete one of the SRS elective courses (can be completed prior to the SRS course)
Submit 3 completed transactions.

Professional Affiliation
Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® (Exception: International members of SRS do not have to be members of NAR)
Member in good standing with SRS.

Dues
Waived for the first year
$99 each subsequent year
