Laura Peshek brings a creative flair to the Ohio REALTORS
Laura Peshek has joined the Ohio REALTORS as a graphic designer, providing expertise in advancing the organization's new brand and strengthening our visual messaging.
Peshek, a native of Massillon, Ohio, recently graduated from The Ohio State University with bachelor of science in visual communication design and a minor in studio art. During her time at Ohio State she worked as a graphic designer and photographer for the Office of Student Life, handling a variety of projects for more than 1,500 student organizations and 40 departments within the school. Her work, which entailed ensuring consistent use of the Ohio State brand, included posters, flyers, signage, photography, and digital marketing campaigns. Peshek also worked for the Fisher Ink Business Magazine, creating article layouts for Fisher College of Business.
Additionally, Peshek participated in a design study abroad in Milan, Italy in May 2017. She worked in collaborative design teams with international students from Politencnico di Milano, studying trends and researching interior spaces around the city.
"We're thrilled to have Laura join the Ohio REALTORS team," said Chief Executive Officer Bob Fletcher. "She will bring much-needed creativity to our organization, helping all of our departments become more effective in communicating with members and Ohio consumers."
Peshek is a member of the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts, an organization of professional designers, writers, and photographers that conduct monthly events for networking and insight on the developments within the profession.
A passionate traveler and dog lover, Peshek also likes to wakeboard, snowboard, and longboard. When not working on design projects, she also enjoys running.
