Coaching Corner: Are you busy yet?

It is so great to see the market picking up, the sales increasing and agents becoming busier. And...the flip side of that is some are finding a challenge with balancing their time. I am hearing a lot more of “I'm too busy for ______. So how do we balance our time so that when we complete our day or our week, we actually feel a sense of completion and ease?
Over the next few weeks I will be addressing this very important topic. This week I invite you to take a few moments and determine for yourself the of your week. These are items that you want to make sure happen each week. So, appointments for listings and showings will not be included in there. You are looking for tasks such as finding new business and “lead follow up. The next piece is to make the same list for your personal absolutes. These might include car wash, exercise, or date nights...whatever you deem to be essential for you.
So, there you go — a blog with homework! Next week, I will talk more about incorporating these absolutes into your weekly schedule.
