Coaching Corner: Making other REALTORS your ally

So...of course, it prompted some very interesting thoughts as to how that compared to how we as REALTORS work together. Sure, we represent our individual clients but do you see your fellow REALTORS as your ally? I have heard my share of stories about how the other REALTOR is doing this or saying that. What would it look like to create a working relationship with other REALTORS that allowed an easier transaction for everyone concerned?
My invitation is to pay attention, just simply pay attention to your interactions with other agents. Listen from a place of discovery to see what your can learn from this interaction and wonder how you might increase the quality of this experience for yourself, the other agent and your clients.
