Coaching Corner: Your formula for success

Commitment — this is the starting place — are you willing to commit to yourself and your career? This might create questions for you — good! Are you willing to being the best you can be both in this business and in your life without knowing exactly what that might look like? If you do not have this first step in place, my opinion is that it will be much more challenging to achieve your level of desired success.
Consistency — each of you will find your individual methods of creating consistency. No two businesses will look the same. You may decide to explore FSBO's or first-time buyers. Choose a direction that you feel excitement around and then follow that direction CONSISTENTLY.
Confidence — how confident are you right now in creating the business that you strive for? Along the way, you need to be expanding your level of confidence in all areas. Do not buy into the myth that you need to have experience to be good. The quality of your preparation in every aspect of your business will lead you to the type of authentic confidence that is so important in today's market.
So, just remember the formula:
COMMITMENT + CONSISTENCY + CONFIDENCE = COMMISSION
