Coaching Corner: Are you ready for a new system?

Coaching Corner: Are you ready for a new system?

Currently, in our household, we have a new, healthier way of eating going on. And, although both my husband and I have enjoyed the benefits of eating in a way that supports our physical bodies, there is a LOT of preparation that needs to occur. I am finding that I have now (finally) have a system down so this has become much, much easier. Don't worry, today's post is not about telling you to take on eating in this way. It is, however, about how preparation is key with most everything we do.

Think about it -- look at the items that you undertake each day. Would there be a benefit to creating a system to assist you? If you really look, I believe the answer in most cases would be “yes!” Look at your lead follow up system (or lack thereof), for example , and determine if there is a way to ensure that those precious leads do not slip by.

Or what about finding new business? Is this something that happens “when you have time?” Well, that might be a challenge! What about preparing for a listing or buyer consultation -- do you know how to prepare, or do you just pull items together when you have an appointment?

Planning ahead will create more ease, more time and more success!!! You will feel more confident in each undertaking, which by its very nature, will generate more good things coming your way.

This week, make a list of what activities would be better served with some sort of system or preparation in place. And then....get those systems in place!!!
