Coaching Corner: What about you?

During this time, I am wondering what steps you are taking to care for yourself, physically and emotionally. I like to think in terms of seeing us as savings accounts and unless you are putting something in, there will be nothing to come out. My invitation to you is to become proactive in your self-care. Don't wait for a diagnosis from your doctor before you begin caring for yourself both physically and emotionally.
Start small with actions that support you — some suggestions are: exercise, deep breathing, meditation, your food choices and intake — determine what is best for you. Incorporate the items you choose into your weekly schedule — keep it easy and supportive and see how quickly you reap the benefits!
