Coaching Corner: Want more? It's as easy as 1...2...3...

Recently I read an article that tossed a rather interesting method for creating more of what you want in your life by doing three things each day that truly made you happy. Hmm, I feel happy most of the time, so I got curious about what that might mean in my every day life.
In chatting with some of my clients this week, I have mentioned it and each time I saw the same hmm look come over their face. On the surface it sounds easy, doesn't it? What happens though, when you need to identify three items -- and that is just for one day!
The more I have pondered the idea, the more I like it. Putting complete and absolute focus on finding those things that make you happy is a delightful way to enhance wherever you are on your happiness scale.
These items do not have to be big, however, they do need to do the job of generating pure happiness within you! It might be doing something special for yourself, or what about doing something for someone else that creates that wonderful feeling within.
So this week, just try it! Ask yourself what you might do today to find a greater level of happiness. You may be surprised in the results in all areas of your life! Enjoy!!
