Coaching Corner: Just try it!

This week I would like to encourage you to try something new! The possibilities are unlimited with this one, it might be a personal item or a business item -- your call. You might want to try a new exercise program, or perhaps you have a new recipe you want to create. Within your business world, you may have a certain method you use to follow up on your leads, and there may be a new way that you could do this. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you have some excitement around the idea!
We all have the capacity of getting into ruts and it is important to balance the structure of routines that support us, with continuing to generate vibrance within our lives. Last week I asked you to look at adding a routine that adds support to you within your life. What I don't want to see is one routine after another without a lot of thought as to whether or not these routines are still working in your life. Routines are important as long as they add something. If you become numb to the activity, it is time to revisit the validity of continuing.
Just yesterday, I tried acupuncture for the first time. Initially it was recommended to me for an issue I was having with my foot, and now I am finding there are many benefits that I can enjoy from this process -- I love when things work that way! One of my intentions is to experience health and vibrance in all areas of my life and finding new activities to try are often clear paths to achieve this intention.
So give this some thought and see what bubbles up for you. Be curious and open! Think about your intention and how this new activity might fit in. Have fun with this!
