Columbus REALTOR Greg Hrabcak leads OAR's 2015 Leadership Team

Greg Hrabcak of Westerville was installed as the 2015 President of the Ohio Association of REALTORS (OAR) during the organization's Winter Conference, Jan. 18-20, in Columbus.
Installed to the post of president-elect was Sara Calo of Mayfield Village and to the office of treasurer, Pete Kopf of Cincinnati.
Hrabcak has been involved in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, investment and office real estate since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1984. He is currently a broker/agent for HER Commercial Real Estate Services in Columbus.
On the local level, Hrabcak served as president of many Columbus real estate organizations including Columbus REALTORS in 2008, and the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment REALTORS (1993), the Ohio Business Brokers Association (1992), and the Columbus Real Estate Exchangers (1994).
On the state level, Hrabcak served as an OAR District Vice President in 2011-2012 and as an OAR Director since 1999. He has chaired numerous OAR committees including Enlarged Legislative, Legislative Steering, Legal Action, Commercial Industrial, as well as the Local Government and Professional Standards Forums.
On the national level, Hrabcak serves as a National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Director. He is also serving as the chair of the NAR Commercial Real Estate Research Subcommittee and is a member of the Commercial and Research Committees. Hrabcak is also the Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Pat Tiberi.
Additionally, Hrabcak holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation of NAR and received the Columbus REALTORS $25 Million Award in 2011. He is a real estate class instructor and has developed programs for Columbus REALTORS, OAR and NAR, as well as instructed courses at the Columbus State Community College.
Hrabcak, and his wife, Donna, have two children and reside in Westerville.
2015 OAR President-elect, Sara Calo is with The Calo Group at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Mentor.
On the local level, Calo served as president of the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS in 2009 and 2010 and was honored as its REALTOR of the Year in 2008.
On the state level, Calo was a District Vice President in 2011-2012 and has been an OAR Director since 2005. She has chaired numerous OAR Committees, including Communications, Political Activity & RPAC Fundraising and the Economic Issues and Trends Forum, and has served as a member of its Professional Standards Forum, Legislative Steering and Executive Committees, among others.
Additionally, she has been active at the local and state level of the Women's Council of REALTORS, including service as President of the local chapter in 2008. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), PMN (Performance Management Network) and e-Pro designations of NAR. Calo has received the OAR President's Sales Club Award of Distinction.
On the national level, Calo has served on the Business Issues Policy, Research, Consumer Communications and Diversity committees. She serves as the organization's Federal Political Coordinator for Rep. Mary Kaptur.
Civically, she served as Chairman of the Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce in 2012 and is a member of HOLA (Hispanic Organization of Lake & Ashtabula). Calo was appointed to the Lake County Board of County Commissioners' ADAMHS Board (2009-2012).
Calo, and her husband, Jack, have two daughters and five grandchildren and reside in Mayfield Village.
2015 OAR Treasurer, Pete Kopf is with Kopf Real Estate in Cincinnati.
On the local level, Kopf served as president of the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS in 2011. He has been a REALTOR since 1996, following graduation with a bachelor's degree in finance from the Farmer School of Business, Miami University, in 1995.
On the state level Kopf has been an OAR Director (2007 and 2009-2014). He has chaired and served as a member of numerous OAR Committees, including Legislative Steering, Local Government, Issues Mobilization, Strategic Planning, Nominating, Executive and Finance, among others.
Additionally, he severed as a NAR Director in 2010-2011. In 2014 he chaired NAR's Broker Forum and has served on its Business Issues Committee (2011, 2013 and 2014).
Civically, Kopf is a co-founder and board member of Cincinnati Golfers for Charity, a member of the Greater Cincinnati Arthritis Foundation Annual Fund Committee, Chair of the St. Mary Parrish Festival in 2013 and the Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund.
Kopf, and his wife, Heather, have three children and reside in the Hyde Park community of Cincinnati.
