That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of Housing Ohio: Tools for Development, a groundbreaking initiative designed to provide local governments, developers, and REALTORS® with the resources needed to build more homes, more efficiently, and at all price points.
This initiative is the result of extensive research and collaboration, identifying the key barriers to housing development and offering practical solutions to address them. Whether it's streamlining zoning regulations, leveraging public-private partnerships, or creating financing tools, Housing Ohio equips communities with the strategies necessary to increase housing supply and affordability across the state.
