Solving Problems and Giving Back: Kunal Patel’s Dedication to Clients and Community
Kunal Patel was first drawn to the real estate industry following his first experience purchasing a home. What he saw was a professional opportunity, and quite frankly a need, to make a complex process easier for people in his community.
“I knew the process could be done better and more efficiently,” said Kunal. “That’s an entrepreneurial spirit I gained from my father. Both my parents immigrated from India and my father owned his own business. He instilled in me that our professional destinies are always something we can control.”
And now, a decade later working as a REALTOR®, Kunal has served an estimated 1,200 clients in the southwest region of Ohio.
For Kunal, this is much more than a day job. He believes in the true power of homeownership, knowing that a home is more than just a property; it's a place to build memories, raise families, and grow generational wealth
"Real estate isn't just about the physical structure. It's about the community that you have. It’s an investment that sets a family up for many, many years,” said Kunal.
Kunal knows first-hand that the real estate market is daunting, especially for first-time homebuyers. That’s why he is dedicated to making the intricate details of real estate simpler, guiding clients through every step, from finding the perfect property to closing the deal.
"In a real estate transaction, there’s often multiple things moving at the same time. That could be appraisals, that could be inspections, that could be deed transfers and deed liens you don't know about. But the tricky part is when you're buying one home and selling another one and needing the funds from one to the other, “ said Kunal.
“Our job is to be your most knowledgeable friend or partner.”
Kunal's dedication to his clients extends beyond the initial transaction. He prides himself on building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
"I love that we have the opportunity to help them in the next five years to 10 years. If, say for instance, your, the drain line is broken or you have a roof leak, your first call should be your realtor. They are your trusted advisor. They will help you," said Kunal.
As a first-generation Indian American, Kunal is deeply committed to giving back to the community that has given him so much.
"I've had the opportunity to make a difference in our community. With my parents coming here, society took a chance on us and I've had the opportunity to give a chance back to society," said Kunal.
Kunal’s unwavering dedication to his clients, his passion for real estate, and his commitment to the community make him an invaluable asset to Southwest Ohio.
