Hall’s selection was announced at the Ohio REALTORS 114th Annual Convention & EXPO, held September 9-11 in Columbus.

The Phillip R. Barnes RPAC Achievement Award, established in 2001 in memory of Past President Phillip R. Barnes, honors a REALTOR whose dedication to the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) and political engagement exemplifies leadership and commitment. This prestigious award is presented annually to those who champion real estate advocacy.

Throughout the years, Chris has demonstrated unwavering support for RPAC. In 2023, Chris was honored as a member of the inaugural class of inductees into the Ohio REALTORS RPAC Hall of Honor, a distinction recognizing exceptional dedication to advancing the real estate profession through political involvement. He also was named a member of NAR’s Hall of Fame in 2022.
He is a member of a rather elite club—recognized as a member of the $20,000 level for both Ohio and NAR. Over the years, he has invested almost $30,000 into RPAC.

"Our industry’s success in advocacy is directly linked to the selfless support that Chris and many other great REALTORS across our state have given RPAC. We are strong because of your investments," said Ohio REALTORS President Ali Whitley. " Chris…thank you for what you’ve done and continue to do to keep the REALTOR voice strong in your local community, Columbus, and our nation’s capital. We’re honored to have you as this year’s winner."
