Pat Corle receives Ohio's 2024 'REALTOR® of the Year' Award

Ohio REALTORS awarded its 2024 "REALTOR of the Year" to Pat Corle of Dayton REALTORS.
Corle’s selection was announced at the Ohio REALTORS 114th Annual Convention & EXPO, which took place Sept. 9-11 in Columbus.
Judging of the “REALTOR of the Year” award is based on professional achievements, local REALTOR Board/Association activities, service at Ohio REALTORS, and National Association of REALTORS (NAR) involvement, as well as business and education experience and civic activities.
Pat Corle has a distinguished resume of serving in leadership and making a positive difference within the REALTOR organization.
In addition, Corle has devoted significant energies to enhancing the local community… tirelessly giving their time and talent to benefit various community and civic organizations.
Corle served on and chaired various board committees for Dayton REALTORS, including Finance and MLS. Additionally, she has served on multiple committees and in many leadership roles – including as a director and Treasurer of the Board.
Her involvement at Ohio REALTORS is marked with equal distinction. Corle has actively participated in state governance meetings as a director and a member of various committees, including Professional Standards, Legislative, Local Government, Communications, CI, RPAC Fundraising, and MLS.
Nationally, Corle is a member of the following NAR Institutes, Societies, or Councils, including the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, and the Women’s Council of REALTORS.
Corle strongly supports the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC), evidenced by being an RPAC Major Investor for a few years.
Committed to professional development, Corle has earned the REI Designation and is an instructor within the brokerage.
Corle's community service includes volunteering with the local church, Miami Valley Fair Housing, Levitt Pavillion, and Schneider House of Hope.
Ohio REALTORS, with more than 36,000 members, is Ohio's largest professional trade association.
