Coaching Corner: Finding your nutrients
"...From birth to death, the human brain changes more than any other organ. And just as plants take shape according to the availability of sunlight, soil and water; our brains take shape according to the availability of three essential nutrients: safety, connection and respect."

According to this quote, we humans need three nutrients to fully function: safety, connection and respect. I love the idea of comparing ourselves to a plant, which require the nutrients of sunlight, soil and water. It makes so much sense as we think about the needs of a plant, and yet, how easy do the thoughts flow when bringing that analogy back to ourselves?
What are you individually creating in your life that will bring you the safety, connection and respect that you need? What equates to your own sunlight, soil and water? How adequately are you growing yourself?
Lots to consider with this one I suspect, and, I invite you to do just that. This week identify what needs/wants to happen to grow yourself and your beautiful brain!
