Today might be a very active day for you, or perhaps not. It is quite easy to get sped up in any given day, rushing to our next event, or engaging in activities that require our full attention.
What I would like to do is for you to stop reading...allow yourself to be aware of your body and how you feel, take several deep breaths and just be. This takes just a short amount of time, and yet is quite powerful.
How do you feel? This is something that done throughout the day can impact tremendously.Enjoy!
