Coaching Corner: What to toss...

As we are approaching the year’s end, many people I know spend some time cleaning out their physical space, creating a clearer way to enter their new year. I love this idea, and, today let’s look at our inner space as well.
Many folks put stock into outlining their new year’s resolutions. We will be looking at that (again) in future posts. People look at what they want from the upcoming year -- perhaps a more physically fit body or better relationships. Just for fun...what about looking at those items that you may want to eliminate from your world?
This may be a habit that you would prefer not to have, or even a toxic relationship that is still lingering. Or, are there activities that you currently are participating in that no longer support your well being? Give this one some thought, you may want to journal about your ideas to have them ready to greet the new year.
Once you have your list of what to eliminate, you may still find yourself wanting to clear your physical space as well. Oh yeah!!
