Coaching Corner: Authentic client relationships

Long gone are the days when a consumer says they don't think this is the right house for them and the agent proceeds to pull from the list of objections they have memorized to produce the magic group of words that will transform the clients resistance into a yes.
We as REALTORS, and as fellow consumers, need to be tuned more closely into what our clients want and need. We need to provide information to them that will allow them to be an informed consumer and make the decision that is best for them. We need to be asking quality questions that will help them become more clear in the process. We need to be doing exactly what we as consumers would, and do, expect for ourselves!
