Ohio Market Watch: Fewer buyers find 2018 a good time to buy a home
By Greg Stitz, Ohio REALTORS Director of Research
Eleven percent fewer respondents in a recent Ohio REALTORS housing market confidence survey (compared to findings from November 2017) indicate their current and past buyers’ thought it was a good time to buy a home. More specifically in 2018 half of respondents believe their clients found it a good time to buy a home, compared to 61 percent in November of last year when the question was last asked.
Survey results are based on responses to a monthly survey, designed to capture the effects of the existing economic conditions and trends on the real estate industry, sent to a pool of 1,500 Ohio REALTORS participants. Click here to participate in future Ohio REALTORS Housing Confidence Surveys.
