Erica specializes in equitable urban redevelopment, focusing on Ohio's small legacy cities at the Greater Ohio Policy Center (GOPC). Her work includes strengthening the state’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) network and advancing high-quality transit and transit-oriented development.
Previously, at Strategic Economics, Erica conducted market and financial feasibility studies, including height limit analyses in Berkeley, CA, and TOD strategies for Washington State Ferries. Her experience at Famicos Foundation in Cleveland involved managing LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit projects.
She holds a Master of City Planning from UC Berkeley, a B.A. from Macalester College, and leads events for Seeds of Caring, fostering volunteerism among children.
