Stephen McCoy is the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs of the Ohio REALTORS.
In this position, Stephen oversees the operation of the Association’s Legal Assistance Hotline and serves as executive staff liaison to Ohio REALTORS Forms Committee and the Property Management and Investment Forum. He also works closely with Ohio REALTORS Public Policy Group, analyzing and testifying on regulatory changes to Ohio’s real estate license law. He is a frequent continuing education instructor, speaker and author on legal topics for real estate brokers and agents across the state.
Stephen graduated with a degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University and has a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
Stephen joins Ohio REALTORS most recently serving as an Associate Attorney with The Holfinger Stevenson Law Firm, Ltd., where he focused on real estate, estate planning, and business law, handling real estate and business transactions from contract to closing. He also holds experience in creating comprehensive estate plans, establishing business entities, title clearing matters such as quiet title actions, forfeiture of land contracts, probate administration and more.

• Public Speaking Experience including Fair Housing continuing education, and limited liability companies (LLCs), Easements, and Real Estate Surveys
