Ohio REALTORS Insider: President Ali Whitley announces new DE & I Certification
In this episode of the "Ohio REALTORS Insider" video series, Ali Whitley, Ohio REALTORS 2024 President, discusses the new Ohio REALTORS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certification and how this latest member benefit can take your real estate skills to the next level.

"Free for this year only, Ohio REALTORS can take their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion to the next level by obtaining their DE & I certification. Participants who complete this certification will gain a better understanding of how to foster a more inclusive and welcoming environment and promote equity for all," Whitley said.
"There are a total of 10 virtual classes that will be offered. A class will be offered each month, March through December. To achieve your certification, you must take at least six out of ten classes offered. Each class provides one hour of Real Estate Continuing Education (CE). Plus, NAR's Fairhaven & Bias Override Courses count towards the certification requirements. The three-hour CE Course Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing class will be offered on May 30th as part of this program," she said.
"The first session is coming up quickly and will be held virtually on March 27th, one to two o’clock p.m. and taught by Alex Cruz."
