Remaining fairly consistent with findings from a year earlier, more than 80 percent of Ohio REALTOR social media users are comfortable or somewhat comfortable using various social media platforms for work. OAR’s November 2016 housing confidence survey results find 55 percent of respondents are comfortable using social media for real estate purposes, with 29 percent indicating they are somewhat comfortable and only 16 percent saying they are uncomfortable.
Survey results are based on responses to a monthly survey, designed to capture the effects of the existing economic conditions and trends on the real estate industry, sent to a pool of 1,500 OAR participants. Click here to participate in future OAR Housing Confidence Surveys.
