Summary: Ohio’s fair housing laws prohibit discrimination against any person in the sale, lease or financing of housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, ancestry, disability or national origin. A new law, effective March 24, also makes it illegal to discriminate against someone based on their military status.
