The main purpose of this legislation was to implement the recommendations of the Ohio License Structure Review Task Force that was appointed by the Ohio Real Estate Commission. In addition, HB 532 also provides a clear framework for licensees when representing more than one buyer on the same property and permits pre-licensing courses to be taken on-line.
